The first class of the day is often the most vibrant and fun! You’ll start by joining your chef for a pleasant stroll around the surrounding market to grab all the essential ingredients that you’ll need to the day’s cooking. Once you have everything you need it’s back to the school to have the ingredients and process explained to you in detail while you prep the ingredients to be cooked.

When everyone is ready you make tracks to the well-equipped upstairs where you can follow the clear instructions from your friendly chef to bring the ingredients together and make some of the mouth watering dishes that Thailand is world-renown for! Follow the chef and cook up a storm that you can easily recreate when back home to amaze your friends and make your dinner parties famous!

There’s no need to be concerned about remembering all of the exact details as we’ll provide each booking with a follow up email containing all your pictures the chef took PLUS all the recipes to replicate your most favorite dish back home!
