Available Classes/ Combo's

Morning Class

The morning class offers you an in sight of the market where we will buy specific items for that day’s menu. Walk around the market with the chef who will explain you all about the Thai ingredients.

Afternoon Class

Although no market tour is offered we shall teach you all the in’s and outs about the ingredients we have on display for you.

Evening Class

Great for those who had other arrangements during the day such as a bike Tour, Palace Tour etc. No market tour but as always a display with all the wonderful ingredients and explain all.

Combo Class

Combination class is a mix between biking and cooking. Instead of the market at the HQ we will proceed with bikes to collect the ingredients for that day’s menu. While doing so you also learn a lot about Bangkok’s history.
